The views from the hotel are amazin, like jaw-droppin good! The super nice team and cheerful. Our room had a nice balcony and it was spacious and clean which we loved. Breakfast had a decent variety, but could be better or maybe cheaper. Perfect for couples lookin to relax and enjoy the scenery.
the restaurant staff could be a bit unfriendly and not cute, and we found the shower in our room a bit annoying at times.

The hotel was in a fantastic location close enough to the Aqueduct, Plaza Mayor and the centre, the historic city center of Segovia and the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast was extensive with great views!
The staff was difficult to find.

Modern and clean hotel, magnificent views of the town. Extensive breakfast, excellent food. Lovely beds, a minibar, climate control and an individual safe in the room. Particularly good wonderful location, on a hillside which looks across to the ancient city of Segovia. Next to a plush and massive garden, and areas of the wall...

Amazing views of Segovia 🌄
The bar terrace overlooking Segovia was fine, perfect for a sundowner. Our room had a cheeky balcony, really comfy and clean too. Breakfast was a lekker spread with all sorts!
But the temperature control in the room was a bit iffy, could get a bit too warm.

The view of Segovia was fantastic, the hotel lounges were spacious and inviting. Our room was large and quiet with a fabulous view of the city. Wired internet was fast, wireless in the lobby areas was great.
Furnishings in our room were very worn, couch cushions sagging, a bracket was pulling out of the wall, the mattress was sagging, shower head would not stay in position, paint/finish peeling off exterior doors - for the money spent, our room could have been a little nicer looking

A few things you should know
Fine views from the garden and swimming pool make for a amazing backdrop. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly.
The restaurant experience felt inconsistent, with mixed reviews on food quality. The lack of kettles in rooms was a bit disappointing, particularly when wanting a warm drink.

Respectable, fairly clean venue with marvellous and lovely location close to the main restaurant, the Aqueduct and the historic city center of Segovia.

Parador Segovia's location provides a great view of the old city, both during the day and at night when the key landmarks (Alcazar, cathedral, aqueduct) are lit up. The reception desk staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Meals, particularly breakfast, are quite good.
Nothing to dislike, but one observation: The Parador is about a mile or a mile & a half from the old town. For those who don't mind walking, the route seems safe and easy to follow, although the return trip is mostly uphill, so can be a bit of a challenge. The reception desk can summon a taxi within five to ten minutes. There is no bus service.

The views from our room were simply unbeatable, providing a stunning backdrop during our stay. We loved relaxing in the bar area while overlooking the beautiful Segovia cityscape. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our time without disturbances, making this a great spot for families. we found the breakfast options somewhat lacking and not up to the same standard as the rest of the offerings.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. For our needs, everything was catered for, in future we will know not to take pool towels, toiletries etc. Breakfast was a delight, so much choice.
Absolutely nothing

This Pardor was huge building and even had a convention center. Their lobbies are very big also. We have to take a car to go to the town.

We had a delightful evening enjoying dinner while watching an amazing thunderstorm over the mountains, which was quite the experience! The indoor pool and sun terrace were perfect spots for relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the coffee options could be better, but overall, it was a lovely stay! ☀️

It was a lovely, modern hotel, the bedrooms were comfortable and had a balcony with views over Segovia and the mountains in the distance. We had dinner out on the terrace and watched the lights of Segovia come on and when the Cathedral was lit up it was magical. Would definitely stay there again on our journey from La Manga to Santander.
